Registration
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
All participants who wish to attend the scientific sessions and the social events are required to register. If you have submitted an abstract, at least one of the co-authors must be registered in order to have it included in the conference proceedings.

*A proof of enrollment for the 2021/2022 academic year must be submitted during the registration process. Postdocs must register as regular participants.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be requested by email to sfmc22@uca.es. The following cancellation fees apply: from March 30th to April 30th, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. From May 1st to May 31st, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the registration fee. After May 31st, no reimbursements will be made. Note that bank transaction fees might apply and will be deducted from the reimbursed fee.

Please proceed first with the wire transfer to the following bank account and keep a proof of the transaction. To track the payment, it is very important to enter in the description field (Concepto) SFMC22 followed by your LAST NAME and FIRST NAME. Registration fees must be paid in Euro and all transaction fees must be paid by the participant.
